Concrete Resurfacing
Concrete resurfacing brings aged, spalled, or surface-worn concrete back to a clean, uniform, sealed finish — without the demolition and disruption of full replacement. Driveways, walkways, steps, porches, patios, pool decks, garage floors: if the slab is structurally sound, resurfacing delivers a finished look at a fraction of the cost and time of pouring new.
We resurface residential and commercial concrete across the Greater Toronto Area — polymer-modified overlays, stamped and textured finishes, broom finishes and decorative treatments. Prep, crack repair, bonding, overlay, and sealing are all handled by our in-house crews, with a written minimum 5-year labour and material warranty on every project.
What’s Included
Resurfacing is only as good as the prep. Here’s what a proper resurfacing project covers:
Pressure wash and full surface prep
Crack routing, patching and repair
Bonding primer where required
Polymer-modified overlay application
Stamped, textured or broom finish
Protective sealer coat
Why Resurface Instead of Replace?
Replacing a concrete slab means demolition, disposal, re-grading, re-pouring, curing delays, and weeks of disruption. Resurfacing a sound slab delivers a new-looking surface in a few days, with half the labour and none of the demolition waste. For most residential and commercial slabs that are structurally intact, resurfacing is the right call.

Concrete Resurfacing FAQ
How do I know if my concrete can be resurfaced?
If the underlying slab is structurally sound — meaning no major heaving, no cracks wider than about a half-inch, no slabs that have sunk or tilted significantly — it's almost always a resurfacing candidate. We assess during the free quote and tell you straight if replacement is the better call.
Will resurfacing hide existing cracks?
Small cracks, yes — we rout, clean and fill them before the overlay so they don't telegraph through. Active structural cracks that are moving season to season will eventually show again; for those we recommend repair-then-replace or a specialized crack-isolation treatment.
How long before I can walk or drive on it?
Foot traffic typically 24 hours after the overlay cures. Vehicle traffic typically 72 hours. We'll give you specific cure times based on the product used and ambient temperatures on your project.
Can you do commercial and strata parking slabs?
Yes — commercial concrete resurfacing is part of our regular workload, including parking areas, loading zones and commercial walkways. We can phase the work to keep your operation running.
