Exterior & Interior Painting
A paint job is only as good as the prep. Scraping loose material, washing surfaces, spot-priming bare substrate, caulking joints, masking trim — the invisible work is what separates a five-year paint job from a twelve-month one. Canada Wide Exteriors preps every surface properly, applies premium coatings, and backs every project with a written minimum 5-year labour and material warranty.
Exterior siding, stucco, trim, doors, garage floors, decks and fences — plus interior walls, ceilings, cabinetry and trim. Residential and commercial. Our in-house crews handle everything from single-room refreshes to multi-unit exterior repaints across the entire Greater Toronto Area, dispatched from our Woodbridge headquarters with a one-hour response on every inquiry.
What’s Included
Quality paintwork is 70% prep, 30% application. Here’s what a proper project covers:
Pressure wash and surface prep
Scrape, sand, spot-prime bare substrate
Caulk gaps and seal joints
Premium interior or exterior coatings
Two-coat application where required
Full mask, clean-up and haul-away
Why Repaint?
A fresh coat does three things: it protects the substrate from UV, moisture and abrasion; it updates the look of the space without the cost of replacing materials; and it increases resale value more reliably than any other cosmetic improvement. Done properly, an exterior repaint is the single best dollar-per-visible-improvement investment most homeowners can make.

Painting FAQ
How long does an exterior paint job last?
With proper prep and premium coatings, exterior paint on siding and stucco typically holds up 8-12 years in the GTA climate; trim and high-exposure areas may need attention sooner. We warranty the work for a minimum of five years, and we size the project scope so we're not papering over problems that will resurface.
What time of year is best for exterior painting?
Late spring through early fall is ideal u00e2u20acu201d we need consistent daytime temperatures above 10u00c2u00b0C and dry weather for proper cure. We book out quickly in those windows; reach out as early as possible if you've got a specific season in mind.
Do we need to be home during the work?
For exterior work, no u00e2u20acu201d yard access is usually enough. For interior projects we'll coordinate access and typically work around your schedule. On both we send progress photos and a daily end-of-day update.
Can you colour-match existing paint?
Yes u00e2u20acu201d we can match existing colours closely even without the original product information, and we always do a test patch before committing to a full wall or section.
